We are not affiliated with those platforms and cannot intervene in moderation decisions they make about your accounts.
The Toolkit references third-party software tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of them. Pricing, features, and terms of those tools are set by their respective vendors and are subject to change at any time without notice to us or to you.
All Toolkit content — PDFs, written materials, templates, frameworks, graphics, and the website itself — is our intellectual property or licensed to us. Purchasing the Product grants you a personal-use license, not ownership of the materials.
You agree to use what's in the Toolkit lawfully and in accordance with the terms of service of any platforms you publish on. You agree not to use the Toolkit to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that violates third-party rights.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost time, lost business opportunities, account suspensions by third parties, or any indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer and commercial law. Any dispute arising from or related to the Product will be resolved at the place of business of One Run Media, to the extent permitted by your local mandatory consumer protection law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Product after a change means you accept the updated terms.
