What we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver the Toolkit and operate the business:

• Your email address — provided at checkout, used to deliver the download link and receipts, and to send future update notifications
• Your name — if you provide it at checkout or in support messages
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers, CVC codes, or expiration dates. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with the last 4 digits of the card for reference
• Basic site analytics — pages visited, country, device type, and referral source, so we can understand how the site is performing
• Support messages — emails and contact-form submissions you send us are retained so we can respond and keep a support history

What we do not collect

• We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone
• We do not collect sensitive personal categories (health, political views, biometrics, etc.)
• We do not scrape your social media accounts
• We do not run invasive cross-site advertising pixels

Why we collect it

• To deliver what you purchased — the download link, receipts, and future PDF updates
• To provide support — so we can identify your order and respond to your questions
• To improve the product — aggregate usage data helps us see which pages work and where the site can be improved

Who we share data with

We share limited data only with service providers who help us operate the business:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Our email provider — to send the download link, receipts, and update notices
• Our analytics provider — for aggregate traffic statistics
• Our hosting / file delivery provider — to serve the website and the download

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and security standards. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.

Cookies

• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your personal data (note: this will also stop future update emails for the Toolkit, and we may be required to retain certain records for legal purposes)

We use standard security measures — HTTPS across the site, reputable service providers, and limited internal access to customer data. No system is completely secure, but we treat your information with care and only retain what we need.

Children

The Toolkit is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle data, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, we will also email existing customers.
