Refund Policy

The short version
30 days. If the Toolkit isn't a fit, email us and we'll refund you in full.

The 30-day guarantee

If you purchase The Short-Form Toolkit and decide within 30 days of the purchase date that it's not a fit for you — for any reason — you are entitled to a full refund of what you paid.

You do not need to justify your request or demonstrate that you used the files. "I changed my mind," "it wasn't what I expected," or "I already had the information" are all valid reasons.

How to request a refund

  1. Locate your receiptCheck the inbox of the email address you used at checkout. The receipt is sent by Stripe and includes your payment reference.
  2. Send us a messageReply to the receipt, or use the contact form with your order email and a brief note that you would like a refund.
  3. Refund processedWe will issue the refund through Stripe within one business day. The funds typically reach your bank within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
  4. Downloaded filesOnce refunded, you agree to delete any downloaded Toolkit files and not to retain or reuse the materials. You will be unsubscribed from future update emails for the product.

The refund applies only to the amount you paid us. It does not cover:

After the 30-day window closes, the sale is considered final. This is because the product is fully digital and fully downloadable, and the 30-day window is long enough to review every file in depth.

If something exceptional happens — a duplicate charge, fraud, or a technical issue that prevents you from downloading — please contact us anyway. We will look at it on a case-by-case basis.

Abuse of the policy

We extend the refund window in good faith. We ask that it not be abused — downloading the files, requesting a refund, and then continuing to use the content is not permitted. If we identify a pattern of this behavior, we reserve the right to decline future orders and pursue available legal remedies in clear cases.

Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please request a refund from us first. A direct refund is faster for you and avoids the dispute process. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us creates unnecessary friction and may affect your ability to purchase from us again.
